Holloway Construction (HCL) is a team of Wanaka locals who have been building architectural homes, strawbale houses and sustainable homes since 1998. Brendan Holloway believes in working on one project at a time, well built. The key to any project begins early in the process with a healthy relationship between owner, architect and contractors. With a proper consultation from the start, all parties can achieve a smoother process that’s more enjoyable for all and the project benefits from a positive outcome.
As a team, HCL has an ethos of clear honest communication, diligent work ethic and a hands-on approach. Working throughout Central Otago, HCL brings an attention to detail, stylish engineering and innovative art form to building. We can work in with design work to create signature bespoke detail.

Holloway Construction believes your preferred contractor should involve more than just the bottom line. We are very hands-on and get totally absorbed into each and every project.
